What is Staging?

Staging, the presentation of a home for sale that communicates a desirable lifestyle with current and broad ranging appeal, is an acknowledged "must" for achieving the highest price and the quickest sale in the resale Real Estate market.  Conceptually, staging is to the resale residential market as a model home is to new residential developments.

Carla and Geri have retained the services of talented designers and stagers to present their listed properties for maximum advantage and appeal on the market.  We provide these services to our clients for up to 60 days (call for details).  These services are on average worth thousands of dollars if the home seller were to contract directly with a staging company.  Moreover, independent staging companies require their fees to be paid up front at the time of the staging, with provision for additional monthly fees for extended furniture rental.  Clearly, we are providing an exceptional service to our clients in terms of both cost and convenience.
